Hi, I have lost my sim card, and therefore I am not able to receive the 6 digits long login code. Since last Thursday I am not able to solve this problem with some Revolut agent. Whenever I use the in-app support chat, the agents say they would help me, but after a while, rita says hello again and recommends me to contact an agent. This means I have to start over and over again. It would be great if I could communicate with the support via email.
I never had any negative experiences with revolut, but if I don’t get this problem solved ASAP, I am probably forced to use some alternative.
