I can't verify my card

I have tried in the past to verify my card. The documents weren’t right and verification was unsuccessful.
Since then verification is pending. Yesterday I uploaded new photos of documents for verification but app chat is still unresponsive no matter what I type.
Can anyone help me?

Can you try to type live agent?
If you’ve done it before, try to type resolved then live agent ones again.
You should get info about estimated time to contact.

live agent didn’t work. I typed resolved and started over. An agent (bot?) finally answered once. But then nothing. live agent didn’t work again.

Unfortunately, I haven’t a twitter account.

I finally got a message saying that a live agent will be with me for approximately 4 hours.
10 hours later, nothing happened.
My profile is for so long under reviewing and in the meantime I cannot use my card.
