Fee applied on top up using debit card

I made a first top up of 30 euro. I was charged 1 euro as a fee for the operation although it was mentioned in the app that no fee will be charged. Could you please explain this? Will I be charged every single time I try to top up my account?

When you click the transaction top-up, does it show the fee there? That is: was the fee charged by :r: or by your own bank?

I have seen some banks applying illegitimate surcharges on certain card operations :frowning:

I assume you’re referring to 1 euro card pre authorisation. It will return back to your account within 5 days.
