Failed US transfer - no resolution

Hello, I tried to transfer an amount with reference to an account in the US (Citibank).

I received the confirmation from the recipient that the wire did not have the reference and they could not attribute it to my account, therefore they sent it back.

The money was deducted from my Revolut account and bounced back at the recipient’s side.

I have contacted Revolut and they say that they need to contact their payment processor, and they don’t reply to them. Revolut refused repeatedly to tell me the name of their payment processor.

As a result, my money is stuck for 4 days - it did not reach the recipient and it the refund did not reach me.

I would be grateful if there is any resolution and also if anyone has advice on which other provider can execute such transfer.

Transferwise is having difficulties in executing it too.
