FAILED Bank Transfer Top Up via SEPA

I absolutely understand your concerns but please be aware that the sender is responsible for putting in the correct account details while initiating the transfer.

If your bank incorrectly modified the BIC from REVOGB21 to REVOGB2L we can advise contacting your bank about this issue as it seems their IBAN table was not up to date if they autofilled the BIC field with non-sepa.
