I Live in France and regularly transfer sterling into my “R” account, Should I convert this to Euro in one go or simply allow the individual transactions convert as I use my card.
Depends on the rate and when you want to use it. On weekends there is a surcharge to the exchange rate.

To clairfy, the surchage for weekends are 0.5%. This is reflected in the UI when doing the exchange. If i was you i would monitor the rates and do some exchanges when the rate is low. That way you can save a couple of bucks
