I have order the physical card. It been expected to arrive 29th.jan. till now nothing. Contacted support and they ask me to pay for new card and they will refund me!? I have asked where is my card?shipping number? They dont have such thing. How i should know if I paid again the card will arrive? I need the card urgently! Please advise!

Standard-shipped cards do not include a shipping number, and usually are highly reliable. About your second card, you will probably receive it in the estimated period, depending on your country 
If you need it faster, there’s a (tremendously overpriced IMHO) priority shipping option which will get it delivered to your door really fast
