Device Insurance is mislabelled

Hi guys,

Device insurance isn’t actually device insurance, it’s phone insurance. It seems daft to name it “Device Insurance” when you can’t insure anything that doesn’t have an IMEI, like a WiFi iPad, for example (which is what I was trying to insure). I got all the way through the process to the point of activation without that being mentioned a single time.

Urgh, and you farm all the insurance dealings out to your provider. If I’ve bought insurance through your app then I should be able to at least cancel it through the app within the 14 day EU required cancellation period. I am not impressed by this feature. Frankly it just feels cheap.
