Concierge, entering text in the box is annoying

Well after my initial reply from The Sincura Group to reconfirm my requirements as I submitted via the Revolut app the concierge have not responded. Useless as I predicted !

Lucky I wasn’t asking for support on anything urgent. It’s been 2 days without a peep. Poor customer service.

Thought it was just my phone, yes the cursor keeps moving which is annoying and frustrating and makes you want to give up. Perhaps that is the idea ?

Cursor is not moving on iOS. So I would assume it’s a bug.

Anyway the concierge service is far from delivering anything tangible (I only asked for beach front hotel choices !)

They didn’t reply to me too :confused:

They replied actually twice already.
Both for a fully booked event. Sadly both times they said they tried it but had no chance. Will keep trying out this service :smile:

But yeah same problem with the cursor but also on Android
