I have just tried to get some money from an ATM but the ATM said transaction failed speak with bank so I tried another didn’t work, got back to my hostel that I now owe money to and the money has been deducted from my account this is a loss I can no afford please can someone help because once again the support isn’t there

Don’t worry. With Revolut, every transaction (purchase or ATM withdrawal), successful or not, reserves the money from your account.
If a transaction is successful, the money will be taken out of your account. If the transaction is unsuccesful, like in your case, the amount will still be reserved (unavailable to you) for max 10 days, after which the money will be automatically credited to your account.
