Charge with no cash withdrawal

Hi, I just put money on my card, transferred it to Euros, tried to use the card in a cash machine in Italy. Got through to the confirmation of withdrawal, then card machine said does not accept international cards and no cash came out. I thought I would look for another machine, however it has withdrawn the cash from the card, I’ve been told I need to wait 10 days for the card to either accept or decline the transaction. So currently €100 down, any help to speed up this process?

Happened to me 3 times in the last 4 withdrawals and doesn’t usually happen to me this. Wonder if it’s a problem with Revolut cards.

Cash got returned to my card after a few hours.
