Card keeps been declined

Used my current card last year in New York. Tried to use my card today to test it before travelling to San Francisco on Saturday. It accept pin and I can see declined transaction on the acct. Not sure why it been declined. Yes their is money in the acct. Please advise

hi. I tried to pay in the shop and to tay cash from mashine but card was declined everywhere. Whata wrong? and virtual card and normal card numbers.are different
