Find this shocking to believe but being charged £5 for my first card and £5 for delivery … and ive been waiting 5 days for my card so clearly delivery is overpriced

Did you already have a virtual card when you ordered a physical one?
no anytime I went to use the virtual card when on holiday it was refused so had to resort to ordering a physical one

Remove the Virtual Card and your Physical one should be free 
Ive already had to pay for physical card but thank you for the advice

Try the in app chat, and tell them what happened and that you haven’t gotten your card yet. If you are lucky they will refund the costs
