I can’t pass the select shipping address screen on the app. I have all the required fields completed and I can’t tap the continue button. I tried multiple times and I get the same result.

So, because of this, I can’t order my free card and my promotion ends tomorrow.
I’ll be very thankful if someone can solve this in time so I can get a free card.
