Can't login

What is the use of an in-app chat if you cant login?? You cant talk with someone and phone number and email just goes round in circles. I’m coming to the end with revolut. Is there anyone knowing a CONTACT NUMBER?? X

Make sure you’re using a phone number or email that’s associated with your Revolut account.

If you’ve changed your phone number, you still need to provide your old one to recover your access. Only then you can change your phone number, after you’re logged in.

If you continue to have login issues, please ensure the following:

  • Your internet connection is sufficient and stable.
  • You have the latest Revolut app version installed on your mobile device (available in the App Store and Google Play Store).
  • If you’ve forgotten your passcode or phone number, you can only recover your account using a mobile device. You cannot recover your account using a tablet or computer.
  • Check the Revolut Status Page to see if there’s an outage, or planned maintenance.

And I STILL can’t login. You totally fail to address the issue

Hi, I can’t login either. It is saying incorrect phone number linked to my account but also saying incorrect email when I try that way. I have tried emailing and received an automated email which says click on the link but that doesn’t work either. Could you please advice as I have funds in the account that I need to use.

I have deleted the app and reinstalled but still the same. Cookies and cache are clear.

Im having the exact same problem.
My email, passcode and phone number are not being accepted.

Im using the correct email phone number and passcode.

If i click forgot passcode it sends me an email to authenticate and then prompts me to enter the passcode… which is not working.

I need access to funds in this account it’s very frustrating.
