Can't log in into my business account


There are few days since i cant access my revolut business account. it never asked me before to scan a qr code after i click the confirmation on my email, and when i scan the qr code it sais that the code i received its not valid. I tried all the incognito, cache, etc solutions you offer but it doesnt work.
Please guide me to a reliable solution.

Welcome to our community. I understand your concern regarding the login issue. Please follow these easy troubleshooting steps:

  • Reset your password (web) or passcode (mobile app)
  • Set your browser to incognito or private mode before logging in
  • Clear your browser’s cache and enable pop ups
  • Try using a different browser
  • Make sure you have Revolut Business mobile app (black icon) and try to reinstall the app again
  • If you have changed your phone number, contact our support team.
