Can't create an account

Hello there,

I just delete my account for some reason, the hotline told me i can recreate right after with the same mobile number.
i receive the code. Put my email adress, but i never receive the famous email…
We are 4 days later and i’m still waiting, my girlfriend tried to create an account and receive this email in like 20minutes…

i’m stuck on the page saying:
“Nice ! You have reach the first step…[watch out your mail” (traduce from french)

Could you please double-check these points and try again?

  • Make sure you have a stable internet/network connection
  • Update to the latest Revolut app version
  • Update your phone’s operating system

Can you please check your phone and email settings once please? Sometimes, our verification codes can go into an unknown, junk, or spam folder. If you still do not receive the code, you can always tap ‘Resend code’ and choose another verification method. :pray:

I’ve found another topic talking about a similar probleme in another country.

So i just send an email to help@revolut.com

Asking them to cancel my registration so i can recreate.

They done it and now i’m fine.
