Can't access the app mobile or PC

Hello,
Iv’e been trying for the past / hour to login on to the app as i have need of access to my acount,

I keep getting a message saying " an error has occured , please try later"
I cannot login either via app or website.

have someone from your french branch contact me via phone as i cannot even access the app in any way and i need access to the virtual card

Please try the below basic troubleshooting steps :

  • Restart your device and your internet connection
  • Make sure your Revolut app is updated to the latest version available
  • Clear the device’s cache
  • Close the app completely from the app switcher
