Can't access my account. Stuck in a loop

Hello.
I’m getting some problems when trying to access my account. Seems that I’m stuck in a loop.
Yesterday I was able to use the App but then it asked me to confirm my ID(selfie) that couldn’t verify my identity and after that I’m stuck in a loop.
When I open the App it says that my ID doesn’t match with the records, and then asks me to change my safety code to a 6digit, but when I choose the code it goes back to the message that my ID couldn’t be verified.
Note:I’m using the latest App version.

Problem solved following the steps below:
Step 1 - Clear App data and cache
Step 2 - Open the App and enter the phone number
Step 3 - On the passcode page, click on the forgotten passcode–> SMS, and fill with Code received.
Step 4 - After that it will be necessary to make the selfie authentication process.
