can’t take money from vaults. Transfers not going through.

Everytime I try to take money from my vaults into my balance an error is coming up.
I also was to receive money from my university and parent this week. I got notifications of money being transferred but no money went into my account.

Sorry to hear that you’re facing an error. Have you tried updating the app to the latest version and check if that will help?

I will also leave here with you a step-by-step guide on how to withdraw money from your vaults:

  1. Tap the account selector below your balance and scroll to the ‘Savings’ section.
  2. Choose your Savings Account.
  3. Tap the ‘Withdraw’ button.
  4. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw, and the funds will be transferred.

About the transfers you are supposed to receive, have you checked their currency? Sometimes, you might be looking into your GBP account, and the money could have been sent to another currency account, for example EUR.
