Transferwise does not allow you to transfer funds to credit unions. Does revolut allow this? Also, is it equivalent to transferwise in that it behaves like a domestic transfer as apposed to an international wire transfer?

The kind of transfer method depends on the currencies and countries involved. UK transfers are “domestic”, SEPA EUR transfers are kind of domestic, as far as that term makes sense for SEPA. A lot of other international transfers are SWIFT. Check FAQs for more
