Yes I do, fortunately my phone turned on for long enough to top, it may allow me to again however the battery is only charging to 3% then draining very quickly - I need a new phone however I’m travelling until March 30th. Is there a way to top up remotely through a website?

Yes, you can find in the app the bank details so you can top up your account via bank transfer. Unfortunately, there is no web option.
