Same applies here as responded to that question - which jurisdiction are you referring to and have you asked the embassy directly?

You don’t say which visa you’re looking for. For normal tourist visas (B-2) the answer is yes. They are not so much interested in the logo on top, but the transactions and balance on the statement(s). They want to see your income and also regular outgoings like rent/mortgage, utilities, gym membership etc. Basically if they look at the statement it must look to them like your centre of life is in your home country and you have an incentive to go back.

Depending on your nationality/location the US embassy may request one, three or six months. Make sure you read their requirements carefully and follow them to the dot. Some embassies are nicer and more laissez-faire than others, so it’s always good to ask someone who has already applied at your local embassy.
