If I top up my Revolut card using Apple Pay and the underlying account used was a commercial debit card (Wise Bank) will I be charged any fee?
No. Revolut doesn’t charge you any fee for adding money through Apple Pay.

Hmmm. I did have a chat with tech support after posting this and I was told if the underlying card in apple pay is a commercial card there would be a fee.
