App stuck on reviewing documents after receiving text message

I received a text message saying my verification failed but the app is stuck on reviewing documents so I can’t try to attempt verification again.
I’d appreciate any help on this issue.

Did you try ask them about it using in-app chat?

Yeah getting no reply, they say they’re quite busy but that’s been for the past few days, hence why I’ve come to the forums
