App crashes at launch on iOS

Hello,

After updating to the latest version 10.22.1, from a quite old version (I had a screen asking me to update the app), my app crashes at launch.
Even after reinstallation, it keeps crashing.

I’m on iPhone 12 Pro, iOS 17.0.2.

I would try this:

Delete app
Restart phone
Reinstall app

Don’t skip the restart in between.

I tried multiple times. It still crashes.

Hi,
I had same issue on my IPhone 7s - iOS 15.8
Revolut 10.22.1 still on first screen with logo and crash
I already uninstalled app, restart iOS and install app : same crash
App working fine on my iPhone Xmax - iOS 17.4

Any news ?
I installed the new version 10.23, still crashes.
I also updated to iOS 17.4.1, same crash…

I was able to install on my iPad Mini 6 iOS 16.2

Something I want to note : my iPhone was jailbroken before. Not anymore since I updated to iOS 17. Maybe the jailbreak detection has false positive ?

@chriiis78 Could you please try the below troubleshooting steps? Once this is done please let me know

  • Restart your device and your internet connection
  • Make sure your Revolut app is updated to the latest version available
  • Clear the device’s cache
  • Close the app completely from the app switcher

I now have installed 10.25 and have an error popup. Screenshot attached.

As I said, my device is no more jailbroken.
Can I please have contact with a dev directly?

  1. Restart your device: This can often resolve temporary glitches.
  2. Check for app updates: Make sure you have the latest version of the Revolut app installed.
  3. Reinstall the Revolut app: Uninstall the app completely and then download the latest version from the App Store.
