Hello I am not a citizen of the European Union, but I have a valid visa in the European Union.
For account activation, an ID or visa from my country of residence is required. The European Union visa I have allows me to reside in another country for 90 days, but the system does not recognize it.

@Ciwan04 welcome to the forum.
As far as I know (and from one who has a Residents Permit in my now Country of legal residence in the EU) a visitor visa of any description is not equivalent to a residency permit which is what is actually required to establish your Country of Residence along with (later, when issued) your Tax Identification Number (TIN) in that Country of residence.
