Account Locked upon Transfer


Hello, I recently submitted a transfer and then my account got locked. So I completed all the verification steps for each of my cards and my account was still locked, so I contacted support and got a reply from a Patryk who then did not further reply at all…
I would appreciate a response and some guidance how to unlock my account as funds have been transferred into it, thank you!
