Account locked, card verified, still locked!

Hi. I recently lodged £750 to the app, and when I went to transfer it elsewhere my account was locked. I have contacted support and it has now been 2 days with no answer, I have tweeted as well, no response, I have verified my top up card via my bank account, still locked out. This is ridiculous to be honest.
