Account locked and no reply from compliance

Hi
My account was locked yesterday due to me putting the wrong transaction numbers in to verify my card .
I have been in the app chat since yesterday to try and get this problem resolved . I have been informed that it has been edculated to compliance and I would hear shortly . I need to access my money in my account can someone please help me ?
