Account blocked due to security reasons (???).


This is the third time during the last week that I had a problem with my Revolut account, but this one is definitely the biggest. I tried to make a purchase online with my physical revolut card and then suddenly my account was blocked for security (?) reasons. I tried to contact the live chat, but after waiting for 3 hours they eventually informed me that the live chat had been closed. Are u guys kidding me? I have topped up all my money to this account. What am I supposed to do now?

The known “solutions” are reaching :r: through Twitter if they don’t answer through the support chat…
