Hi, I was in Poland recently and had no problem at ATM’s. I used my 4 code PIN. But now I am in Portugal the ATM asks me for a 6 code PIN that I don’t remember setting at any time. How can I solve that?
What happens when you enter the four digits and then confirm? Does it insist on six?
Yes, it insists on 6 digit.
I seem to remember you can prepend your PIN with zeroes in that case, but please try to confirm that before attempting it as I cant guarantee it will work and might keep your card if you enter an incorrect PIN too often.
