30K on hold, verifying account since 9 days

Hello support team,

I sent documents to upgrade my account limits 9 days ago, and no answers, this should have been done under 24 hours as you said on the app.

30K SEPA transfert arrive on my account 8 days ago, and still on hold !

I already contact you through private message on twitter, and I understand I was in queue…

You should really change your in app chat support to at least have an answer there, and change the message on the app about the 24h for account review process !

You should also add a message on the app where there is our IBAN to remind us that Revolut account have SEPA deposit limits. This would prevent all similar issues.

Is there a SEPA withdrawal limit too ?
