24k limit

I’m only creating a topic here because I can’t access the in app chat and there appears to be no alternative contact method.

I’m approaching the 24k limit that requires further account verification. I’ve sent pay slips as requested, I’ve sent bank statements as requested and still my account isn’t unlocked. When I access the in app chat, I’m told to wait for 4 to 6 hours before another operator comes online only to request the same again, and later close the chat as I can’t reply instantly.

Please can you tell me how I can resolve this issue. I’ve sent you the information you requested. I have extremely limited internet access and am absolutely dependent on this service. Can this be resolved?
