Zero Response from Support - Charged for Premium

Been trying to cancel my Premium membership which is 2 days into the 14 day trial. My concern is that they will not respond in time and I will be stuck with the membership after 14 days.

It’s not relevant how fast they respond. It’s relevant that you contact them within time. Just write support everything you want them to do right away. Once an agent gets assigned to the case, they can cancel premium under the terms of your subscription for you. If you’re facing additional fees due to their long response time, it should be easy to get a refund.

I understand that, however in my experience with companies in the past, when they have such lacklustre communication - they tend to overlook their own mistakes and continue down their own chosen path. I am hoping this gets resolved in a clean manner, however.
