I am trying to get my Dad on Revolut and I think he accidentally put the wrong number when registering and now he is stuck in a loop where they ask him for the number and the passcode. But he never received the sms code. Tried reinstalling the app 15 times. Still in the same loop. It’s getting a bit frustrating
If it is wrong number related- contact with in-app support.
If it is some SMS glitch- try to choose another method to get passcode (i.e. phone call)
