i am trying to order my card through the app, i have already put 20 pounds on it but overtime i order it it won’t let me, just sends me to upgrade options! i then cancel upgrade option and it takes me back to home screen! help!! i just want my card!
Please make sure you select the paid option and not the free one. That is for Premium users only.
