Withdrawal Limit Exceeded ??

Hello!
I am using Revolut since 2 years and never had a problem.
This time I tried to withdraw money from an ATM several times.
Firstly everything went ok…
First 200Euro without a fee and the other money with a fee of 2%.
But after that I tried to withdraw some more money and I couldn’t.
The message that appeared was that the withdrawal limit was already exceeded.
I tried several ATM’s.
I have withdrawn just 1/4 of the amount I set in my revolut app.

Any1 can tell me if there is a monthly withdrawal limit?
Haven’t found it anywhere… Just a daily one…

Thank you for contacting us.

Card spending is limited to £30,000 or equivalent per year with a sublimit of £5,000 or equivalent per 96 hours meaning that you cannot exceed £5,000 or equivalent in card spending in a 96 hour period. Cash withdrawals from ATMs are limited to £500 or equivalent per day.

Thank you for the answer.
I know those limits. I have withdrawn less than 7.000 euro this year. Furthermore my last withdrawal was on January 15th which means that more than 96hours have passed.
The whole thing just makes no sense.

Don’t know how much longer I have to wait to make another withdrawal.

My money seems to be stuck in my revolut account and I can’t use it.

What do you mean by direct mail? Through the revolut app I contacted via
chat but haven’t gotten an answer…

I understand that you are busy and I am patient since more than 10 days,
but I urgently need a solution for my case.
