Withdraw funds before verification - SOLVED

Hi there,
my verification process is taking a long time and I had no idea I would not be able to withdraw my money until then. I have over 200 euros in my account and I simply want to put it back in the account I sent it from

As far i’m aware , to simplify transfer of your funds back you would need to verify ID …

is there any way I can speed up the verification process. I have been trying to get through to someone in the company through the app but nobody ever responds
