Why the status is kept as verifying when open business account

Trying to open a business account. However, part of the corporate information still shows VERFIYING after two days. And it states 3 to 24 hours on the pages. Need some help to make progress.

Welcome to our Community. The length of the identity verification process depends on the accuracy and quality of the information you submit. You can submit your details in the dashboard on your account and we’ll update within 24 hours in case we may need more information from you. Once the request is completed, you should no longer see it in your app. :hugs:

The information is already submitted two days ago. I still hasn’t got any update from the APP. It is not clear what is needed further.
