I’ve been been waiting for my documents to get verified for the last two days. I understand if these things take longer than expected, but looking in the feedback section this is a very common issue. Why not just say how long it will actually take? Or send a message explaining the situation. It’s just very frustrating when you are ignored
Truth is, most verifications go very well and very quickly (instant or under 10 minutes).
Only people who have issues come here to talk about it, but of course everyone who had a very nice and smooth process (<10 minutes) don’t come.
Some people -like you- unfortunately have to wait 2-3 days for the validation… which is indeed a problem. I hope they will improve their process too.
