Apologies for the long wait. I’m glad we have resolved the issue.
Nobody is working 25 hours per day and 8 days per week ;-).
I have never asked for that - I waited for a couple of days until someone even looked at my issue. Three people dropped it before the fourth one actually pursued it. As example - proof of payment required - thus I submit one asap…then everything goes silent for another 24 hours!
Anyway, I have now been helped by Anilcan who managed to take the proof of payment, locate the payment, request and receive an additional document and get it approved by the finance team and waited online to ensure that I confirmed that I received the funds - all in about 30 min - well done Anilcan!!
