Why am I getting SMS codes?



I set up an account yesterday and have been practicing topping up via debit card and bank transfer but I keep getting an SMS with Revolut Code (expires in 10 minutes) but I’m not sure what I’m supposed to do with this code? I don’t need it to log on via the App as I already have a passcode. Any ideas? Tried searching the FAQ but couldn’t find anything.


You’re supposed to enter it dear to confirm that you want to top up your account.


Thank you ‘dear’ however I have managed to top up my account twice today without using these codes hence my query. When topping up I’ve only been prompted to enter the 5 digit App access code and not the SMS code.
