It seems impossible to speak to anyone! What ever you do it points you back to the ‘Help’ section! I’ve sent messages on the 19th/20th/22nd of February and today with no response!!!
In my book that doesn’t constitute help!
Hi there. Could you please update your app as you’re using a really old version of the app? Make sure you type “live agent” so that you can speak to an agent.

I am having the same issue. Cant login and now am traveling in the US and not receiving SMS codes either. Please help!
