Where's my Premium Card, and disgraceful support

About 4 months ago I signed up for the Premium account, and am still waiting for the card. There has been no communications on the delivery.

To find out, I thought I would use the “24/7” support that is supposed to come with my Premium fee, and have been told I will have to wait at least 2 hours to ask a simple question.

That is not 24/7 support. In fact, its barely support at all.

What’s the point of the premium membership again?
