I applied for a Visa card as soon as it was offered in January and am still waiting. Anyone else had a similar experience?
Same here, clicked on the email link, filled all the info and I never received a confirmation email and of course also my card. I ve been talking to support for the past month, tried ordering it again (fail), 2 support agents tried to order it (fail) and the story goes on as we speak. Most frustrating part is that I had to explain the same stuff over and over again to each and every agent, although there is a history chat. I 've attached every single possible screenshot I could, and still no luck or information on why I cannot have my card…
The VISA trial have closed (according to the thread). You will soon be able to chose MasterCard or VISA when ordering a new card. Just a little more patience.
