I have been trying to get some support - no reply since yesterday - hardly inspiring confidence. The phone number is only of use if you want to block your card, simply not good enough
I am finding out that there is absolutely no customer service. Livechat robot is the biggest waste of time and not any phone number for help. They have lots of my money but can’t unblock a card. This is ridiculous.
Has anyone managed to get their money back from them?
I haven’t . They owe me a £1000.
