What support??

Been using Revolut for 12 months and all good apart from when problems are encountered. My top up limit has been reached and 7 days after uploading the documents requested I have not heard a thing. To make matters worse none of my messages in support on the app have been acknowledged or responded to. What am I doing wrong!?

Hey Sebborn if you have not gotten a hold of a live agent you can reset the chat by typing “resolved” and then use “live agent” again. Please be aware that the chat is having some issues and with the promotion last week they have been quite busy.
