Hi @BIZ !

We are available Monday to Friday 7am - 10pm, Saturday to Sunday 10am - 6pm (UK time) so if you need assistance just log in to your business account and start to chat!

Check the top of the overlay. There should be two taps, one help center, another one support chat.

^ This. For low resolution screens Support Chat and help centre tab might be hidden under bookmarks bar for example.

Hi Rafael,

I have no chat facility either and I’m in desperate need of chatting to someone on the portal to for a payment that needs to be found and credited to my account again.

Please help me urgently.
