what happend to the support ?? no support in business account?

Check the top of the overlay. There should be two taps, one help center, another one support chat.

^ This. For low resolution screens Support Chat and help centre tab might be hidden under bookmarks bar for example.

Hi Rafael,

I have no chat facility either and I’m in desperate need of chatting to someone on the portal to for a payment that needs to be found and credited to my account again.

Please help me urgently.

Guys this is the worst Business account I have used for support. Tried to email, chat on their normal and everything else but just horrible.
