What does “Link existing card” mean? And how does it work? Is it any card? Or just linking a virtual card and turning it into a physical card?
Answer from online chat: “You can link existing card if you get Revolut card which was not ordered via our system. Eg. If you get a card which was given on one of our events or by someone who you know from Revolut.”

Correct. This might also be an option for linking cards ordered in ‘batches’ e.g. thousands of Revolut business cards which can be linked / assigned to employees in a more efficient fashion.
